Job Requirements

  • 1+ years previous culinary team experience
  • Working knowledge of POS software
  • Fluent in English
  • Cooking involves frequent bending, reaching overhead and squatting
  • Ability to lift, carry and place objects weighing up to 40 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to push or pull objects weighing up to 75 lbs without assistance
  • Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
  • Remaining on feet for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work in a moderate to loud noise environment typical of a restaurant setting

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items from scratch ingredients with the kitchen team
  • Ensure the successful and timely execution of the menu
  • Maintain an understanding of all menu items and assist guests with dietary or preparation questions
  • Develop prep and order specifications derived from multiple recipes at assigned kitchen station
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure the kitchen is properly stocked
  • Follow safety and cleanliness standards and protocols for all assigned kitchen stations
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the kitchen
  • Support catering efforts for special events and group meetings
  • Operate and deep clean all kitchen equipment
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by the Head Chef
