Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume food production environment
  • ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • schedule flexibility including early mornings late nights weekends and holidays
  • active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • comfort working in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat steam fire noise and cleaning solutions
  • ability to move with caution in a busy sometimes loud environment

Job Qualifications

  • 1 plus years experience in high volume food production environment
  • proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced work environment
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • schedule flexibility including early mornings late nights weekends and holidays
  • active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
  • interest in cinema is a plus

Job Duties

  • uphold standards of behavior as defined by the companys core values code of conduct and operational guidelines
  • maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
  • make food that looks and tastes delicious with high quality ingredients
  • field organize and prepare guest food tickets based on approved operational processes focused on safety quality accuracy and efficiency
  • utilize tools such as measuring cups spoons scales and other tools required by kitchen operations protocols for all preparations
  • follow cleaning schedules prep lists station stocking guides and other kitchen systems used to control food waste production and quality
  • communicate needs concerns and other points of importance with teammates and managers regularly
