Job Requirements
- At least 1 year prior work experience as a cook, baker, or enrollment in a culinary program
- Ability to use scales, thermometers, measuring devices, and adjust recipes by dividing and multiplying
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with baking equipment including ovens and mixers
- Clear understanding of kitchen and food safety guidelines
- Valid Food Handlers Card if required by county

Job Duties
- Prepare products using all methods, established portions, and recipes for baking preparation
- Manage daily production and communicate product counts with coaching team
- Prepare breakfast items including quiche, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc
- Prepare and bake bread items including loaves, buns, rolls, cookies, etc
- Prepare seasonal fresh fruit for pies and toppings daily
- Clean baking machines, workstations, transit trays, and large instruments
- Properly label, organize, and rotate bake ingredients in freeze and storage areas
- Receive orders, check invoices, and put deliveries away
- Prepare kitchen for the day including lighting ovens and securing the area
- Notify coaches of food quality issues, product inconsistencies, and low inventory
- Maintain clean and sanitary bake area and station at all times
- Comply with weight and measures, health, sanitation, and safety policies
- Provide extraordinary service promoting and protecting the brand
- Demonstrate dependable leadership working primarily unassisted and escalate issues as needed
- Flexible to cross train in other back of house/kitchen functions
- Must be available for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
