Job Requirements
- Must have 1+ years experience in high-volume food production environment
- Must have an active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
- Must be able to execute light lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working in a kitchen environment with equipment including oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, fryer, steamer, mixer, and chef's knives
- Must be able to work in environments with frequent exposure to heat, steam, fire, noise, and cleaning solutions
- Must have schedule flexibility including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency

Job Duties
- Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines
- Maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
- Make food that looks and tastes delicious using high-quality ingredients
- Field, organize, and prepare guest food tickets based on approved operational processes with focus on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Utilize tools such as measuring cups, spoons, and scales according to kitchen operation protocols for all preparations
- Follow cleaning schedules, prep lists, station stocking guides, and other kitchen systems to control food waste, production, and quality
- Communicate needs, concerns, and other important points with teammates and managers regularly
- Support the delivery of food and beverage orders as business dictates
