Job Requirements
- At least 1 year prior work experience as a cook, baker, or enrollment in a culinary program
- Ability to use scales, thermometers, measuring, and divide and multiply recipes
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with baking equipment including oven and mixers
- Clear understanding of kitchen and food safety guidelines
- Valid Food Handlers Card if required by county

Job Duties
- Prepare products using all methods, established portions, and recipes for baking preparation
- Manage daily production and communicate product counts with coaching team
- Prepare breakfast items for bake including quiche, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc
- Prepare and bake bread items including loaves, buns, rolls, cookies, etc
- Daily preparation of seasonal fresh fruit for pies and toppings
- Clean all bake related machines, workstations, transit trays, and instruments too large for dishwasher
- Properly label, organize and rotate bake ingredients in freeze and storage areas
- Rotate bake inventory to maintain freshness and quality
- Receive orders, check invoices, and put deliveries away
- Prepare kitchen for the day including making sure everything is secure and ready
- Notify coaches of any food quality issues, inconsistencies, or low inventory
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bake area at all times
- Comply with health, sanitation, and safety policies and procedures
- Promote and provide extraordinary service to team members and guests
- Demonstrate dependable leadership qualities and proactive escalation
- Cross train in other back of house/kitchen functions
- Must be available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
