Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in cooking or food preparation
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
  • physical stamina for standing and kitchen work
  • effective communication skills
  • residency within the state of Colorado

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant or similar setting
  • positive attitude and endurance
  • commitment to continuous learning
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • strong attention to quality, creativity, and food presentation

Job Duties

  • Prepare assigned meals following established recipes and gastronomic standards
  • showcase flair for plating and presentation
  • maintain temperature charts and food safety records
  • adhere to sanitation protocols and quality control
  • notify the Chef of inventory needs and participate in streamlined kitchen operations
  • uphold personal grooming and kitchen hygiene standards
  • organize kitchen, food storage, dish room, and culinary areas
  • ensure first-in, first-out food rotation with proper dating and organization
  • assist Chef Manager/F&B Director to improve kitchen efficiency and provide staff training
  • follow all sanitation, food handling protocols, safety policies, and regulatory requirements
