Job Requirements
- Culinary degree preferred
- 3 years of experience as a line cook or kitchen staff preferred
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

Job Duties
- Command the saute station with precision, speed, and confidence
- Execute dishes that balance artistry with consistency, plating that excites before the first bite
- Work closely with the Chef and Sous Chefs on specials, seasonal flavors, and menu development
- Elevate standards by teaching and pushing the team toward sharper technique and better flavors
- Treat mise en place as a craft, building organization and readiness into every service
- Uphold the highest levels of quality, sanitation, and discipline in the kitchen
