Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or line cooking preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work station

Job Duties

  • Assist and participate in day-to-day kitchen activities and food preparation
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff
  • Clean up station and manage leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure food quality and timely service
  • Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers
  • Be able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods
