Job Requirements
- 1 plus year of experience working in a kitchen
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ServSafe certification or availability to receive training
- capability to produce consistent products timely
- excellent listening and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety practices including temperature control, temperature logs, and cleaning and sanitizing
- ability to plan and multitask
- self-motivated with high energy
- availability to work all home baseball games

Job Duties
- Setting up and sanitizing workstations
- following prep lists created by lead culinary
- measuring ingredients and seasonings
- preparing cooking ingredients such as soup stock for hot foods
- preparing simple dishes as directed by the Executive Chef
- ensuring all food items are properly stored and easily accessible
- assisting chefs in preparing food and attending to culinary tasks
- supervising food and cooling room temperatures
- accepting or rejecting ingredients from suppliers
- maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen
- maintaining the highest level of food quality with the culinary team
- ensuring proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen and food service areas
- running food on game-days
- performing other related duties as required
