Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or certificate is preferred but not required
  • Passion for food and hospitality
  • Dependable timely employee
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Resourceful, clean and well organized working habits with attention to detail
  • Personable, outgoing, energetic team player with positive attitude
  • Ability to think quick on their feet and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand/move for 6-8 hours per shift

Job Duties

  • Promote teamwork within the restaurant and create a positive work environment
  • Report on time in proper uniform and clock in and out as required
  • Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times
  • Perform duties that ensure guest satisfaction
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Use extreme caution when handling equipment and products to avoid breakage and injury
  • Respond positively to management's requests
