Job Requirements
- culinary degree or certificate is preferred but not required
- passion for food and hospitality
- dependable timely employee
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
- resourceful, clean and well organized working habits with attention to detail
- personable, outgoing, energetic team player with positive attitude
- ability to think quick on their feet and multitask in a fast paced environment
- ability to communicate effectively
- must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs
- must be able to stand/move for 6-8 hours per shift

Job Duties
- promote teamwork within the restaurant and create a positive work environment
- report on time and in proper uniform, always clock in and out as required
- ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times
- perform duties that ensure guest satisfaction
- follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- use extreme caution when handling equipment and products to avoid breakage and injury
- respond positively to management's requests
