culinary degree or certificate is preferred but not required
passion for food and hospitality
dependable timely employee
willingness to learn and follow instructions
resourceful, clean and well organized working habits with attention to detail
personable, outgoing, energetic team player with positive attitude
ability to think quick on their feet and multitask in a fast paced environment
ability to communicate effectively
must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs
must be able to stand/move for 6-8 hours per shift

Job Duties

promote teamwork within the restaurant and create a positive work environment
report on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required
ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times
perform duties that ensure guest satisfaction
follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
use extreme caution when handling equipment and products to avoid breakage and injury
respond positively to management's requests
