Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food items following Texas Roadhouse recipes
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures
  • Manage and run a busy station during service periods
  • Assist with inventory management and stock organization
  • Participate in cross-training and ongoing skills development
