Job Duties
- Prepare made-from-scratch food items following Texas Roadhouse recipes
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures
- Manage and run a busy station during service periods
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Participate in cross-training and ongoing skills development
