Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cooks or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including grilling, sauteing, frying, and plating
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service periods
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and standards during service hours
- Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow on the line
- Maintain day to day cleanliness and organization of the cooking stations, including equipment and utensils
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety
- Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house to prioritize tasks and maintain quality standards
- Assist with food preparation, including portioning, marinating, and other pre-service tasks as needed
- Uphold Seis Kitchen's commitment to delivering exceptional service and high-quality food to our guests
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
