Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cooks or in a similar culinary role preferred
- strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including grilling, sauteing, frying, and plating
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service periods
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and standards during service hours
- coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow on the line
- maintain day to day cleanliness and organization of the cooking stations including equipment and utensils
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety
- communicate effectively with management and front-of-house to prioritize tasks and maintain quality standards
- assist with food preparation including portioning, marinating, and other pre-service tasks as needed
- uphold Seis Kitchen's commitment to delivering exceptional service and high-quality food to our guests
- perform other duties as assigned by management
