Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or line cooking preferred
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Capability to stand for extended periods during shift
- Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching overhead, leaning, stooping and kneeling
- Willingness to maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards

Job Duties
- Prepare, season and cook menu and non-menu orders according to LodgeWorks specifications
- Clean and sanitize all work areas including kitchens, food preparation, dish washing, storage and service areas
- Follow safe food handling and service practices
- Work closely with sales staff to service guests, meeting rooms, events, catering, restaurants and bars
- Inspect and clean food preparation areas and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary practices
- Control waste and use appropriate portion sizes to maintain food costs
- Maintain all sanitation requirements including temperature, storage, product rotation and product handling
