Job Requirements
- At least one year of kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- Legible handwriting
- Strong customer service and oral communication skills
- U.S. work authorization required

Job Duties
- Know and understand every item on the menu including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules
- Assume 100 percent responsibility for quality of products served
- Work closely with the Chef to provide absolute consistency on every plate
- Manage timing to ensure all tickets are completed in an appropriate amount of time
- Communicate consistently with co-workers during prime service hours
- Keep the workstation clean and stocked
- Practice safe knife handling
- Assist in putting away deliveries when needed
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Respect each co-worker including front of house
- Open and close the kitchen properly, following the opening and closing checklist
- Arrive promptly and in full uniform for all scheduled shifts
- Follow and abide by all policies in the employee handbook
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun work environment
