Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
  • flexible to work a variety of shifts
  • previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens desired
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred
  • knowledge of kitchen equipment operation including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens preferred
  • ability to follow detailed recipe procedures
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to company recipes
  • ensure food quality and proper execution of recipes
  • follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • use kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens safely and correctly
  • communicate clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
  • assist with inventory management and food preparation as needed
