Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years cooking experience in restaurant kitchens
- Food Safety/Food Handler certification
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work in a hot, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math proficiency
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Commitment to safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience cooking in a restaurant kitchen
- Demonstrated success in culinary excellence and food service hospitality
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations, restaurant and food safety procedures
- Preferred skills in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to perform all job duties of the Line Cook/Prep Cook role
- Food Safety/Food Handler certification required
- Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

- Proven problem-solving and stress management skills
- Ability to multitask according to business demands
- Ability to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions

Job Duties
- Maintain culinary excellence in hospitality and food service
- Demonstrate knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools
- Follow recipe guidelines, cooking techniques, and food preparation standards
- Manage inventory and adhere to prep guidelines
- Assist with special events as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant kitchen
- Collaborate with management to ensure guest satisfaction through food quality
