Job Duties
- Prepping produce, proteins, sauces, and garnishes to spec
- cooking and plating dishes during service with consistency and care
- maintaining clean and organized workspaces
- washing dishes during the day
- managing inventory and minimizing waste
- communicating clearly with the rest of the team
- following food safety and sanitation standards at all times
