Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- assist in food preparation including cutting, chopping, and measuring ingredients
- ensure all food is made from scratch using local and fresh ingredients
- employ cooking techniques such as smoking, braising, roasting, and grilling
- collaborate with kitchen staff to manage orders efficiently
- follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and kitchen operation
