Job Duties
- Craft menu items following approved recipes and adhere to specific requirements for plate presentation
- perform all necessary initial tasks efficiently and diligently
- arrange and structure workstations in compliance with the recommended guidelines
- always observe and maintain proper sanitation measures during food handling
- before, during each shift, and following the shift, ensure the work area is cleaned and sanitized
- perform the designated cleaning chores as per the daily and weekly schedule
