Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • One or more years of experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Understanding of workplace safety procedures
  • Ability to suggestively sell food and beverage items

  • California food handler’s card is required
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Duties

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Prepare food items to order, adhering to standard recipes and procedures while meeting time constraints
  • Prep ingredients for your station, ensuring freshness and correct labeling with item names, dates, and preparer's initials
  • Utilize various cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, deep-frying, and baking to prepare meals
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization on the cooking line, ensuring ingredients are returned to storage after use
  • Follow safety data sheets for proper handling of chemicals and sanitation products
  • Handle raw food products with care, washing, peeling, dicing, and slicing them as needed
