Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in a back of house or kitchen role preferred
  • strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
  • physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
  • adaptability and strong organizational skills
  • positive customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • maintains a good image of the company and helps create a positive dining experience through teamwork and service
  • ensuring the company serves a quality menu
  • responds to all guest complaints timely, taking all appropriate actions to ensure a positive experience with the restaurant and brand
  • executes the highest standards of OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety code, and company policies
  • ensure all sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
  • works closely with FOH staff to coordinate food delivery and service
  • develops streamlined workflow in food preparation and execution
