Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a back of house or kitchen role preferred
- strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
- physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- adaptability and strong organizational skills
- positive customer service orientation

Job Duties
- maintains a good image of the company and helps create a positive dining experience through teamwork and service
- ensuring the company serves a quality menu
- responds to all guest complaints timely, taking all appropriate actions to ensure a positive experience with the restaurant and brand
- executes the highest standards of OSHA, HACCP, local health and safety code, and company policies
- ensure all sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
- works closely with FOH staff to coordinate food delivery and service
- develops streamlined workflow in food preparation and execution
