Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year line cook experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 5 hours
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • highly reliable and honest
  • follow all company safety guidelines including food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene
  • wash hands before and throughout the shift and between prepping items
  • ensure all food meets safety, quality, and presentation standards
  • cook products promptly and to the proper temperature
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation cleaning as you go
  • exercise care with utensils and equipment to ensure minimum breakage
  • set up and break down station daily and maintain prep levels
  • assist in food prep during off-peak periods
  • read all BOH notices and attend team meetings
  • be open to constructive feedback and coaching
  • be open to cross-training in multiple restaurant positions
  • perform other related duties as needed
