- Holder of valid and current Food Handler Certification
- Ability to multi-task and work quickly in a team

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items in pantry, fry and other kitchen stations
- Plate and garnish cooked dishes with attention to presentation
- Follow safety, sanitation and food handling procedures strictly
- Communicate clearly and listen attentively to team members and management
- Work effectively under stress while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Adapt to various kitchen roles and responsibilities as required
- Demonstrate high level of customer service and teamwork
