Job Requirements
- Holder of valid and current Food Handler Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of health and safety rules
- Must possess extraordianry service-oriented attitude
- Highly organized and agile
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under stress
- Must have non-slip shoes prior to first day of work
Job Qualifications
- 1-4 years experience in high-volume food service preferably in innovative corporate programs
- Food and beverage experience in full-service hotel, resort, or multi-restaurant chain preferred
- Demonstrated excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and well organized
- Approachable with a service-oriented mentality
- Effective communication skills to promote a healthy team environment and guest interaction
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items in pantry, fry and/or other kitchen stations
- Plate and garnish cooked items to ensure quality presentation
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Work quickly and efficiently while multitasking in a high-volume environment
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, management, and guests
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability to work effectively under stress
- Take direction and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
