Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must speak English
  • At least one year of experience in an a la carte kitchen with frying, sautéing, and grilling
  • Available to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to clearly communicate with managers and staff
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
  • Ability to work in standing position for up to 9 hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience in an a la carte kitchen
  • Proficient in frying, sautéing, and grilling techniques
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items by frying, sautéing, and grilling
  • Ensure all dishes meet the club’s quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Communicate effectively with managers and kitchen staff
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory and stock management
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menu items
