- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Flexibility to work PM shifts, including closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Chef de Cuisine, ensuring consistency and quality
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking
- Execute precise knife skills, cooking techniques, and plating standards
- Monitor food quality while cooking and ensure proper seasoning and presentation
- Work efficiently to manage time and resources during busy dinner shifts
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure guest satisfaction
