Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Continued involvement in bettering food knowledge and technical skills
- Interest and participation in a supportive and respectful team environment
- Cleaning of kitchen independently and as directed during and at shift end
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed
