Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items
  • Commitment to punctuality and reliability
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Previous line cook experience preferred
  • Knowledge of traditional cooking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knife skills
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic food safety knowledge

  • Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed
