Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of previous line cook experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or equivalent hotel kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work under supervision and training
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to perform basic cooking skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work independently on a single station

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to Hyatt recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned cooking station
  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
  • Assist with inventory management and stocking of ingredients
  • Participate in training and development programs as required
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
