Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of previous line cook experience preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent hotel kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work under supervision and training
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to Hyatt recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned cooking station
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of ingredients
- Participate in training and development programs as required
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
