Job Duties
- Produce all food for banquets according to recipes and standards
- Manage daily food production and minimize waste
- Oversee food costs and ensure adherence to budget goals
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the banquet kitchen
- Organize kitchen tools and utensils for efficient workflow
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of food items using FIFO standards
- Communicate daily with Executive Chef and Banquet Sous Chef regarding operations
