Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
  • lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • comfortable working in hot, fast-paced kitchen environments
  • ability to bend, reach, and move quickly during service
  • able to complete a pre-employment drug test and background check

  • previous experience in an upscale or high-volume kitchen

Job Qualifications

  • Previous line cook experience (hotel or upscale dining preferred)
  • strong culinary skills with attention to detail
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • culinary education is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare and plate appetizers, entrées, and desserts according to recipes and presentation standards
  • maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation
  • communicate and collaborate effectively with the team during busy service periods
  • follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • assist with inventory, freshness checks, and special dietary requests
