Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certification preferred
- equivalent work experience accepted
- certification/permits in food sanitation and handling required
- certification as required by franchise
- ability to work long hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for entire shift
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- ability to withstand hot and cold temperatures
- strong oral and written communication skills
- ability to handle stressful situations

Job Duties
- Prepare meals in accordance with standardized recipes

- prepare food items for banquets as per event orders
- monitor and ensure food quality and proper portioning
