Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior cooking experience in a hotel kitchen or related field preferred
  • culinary training in a college setting preferred
  • ability to use various pieces of kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
  • ability to perform medium work including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
  • ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach
  • ability to work under variable temperature and noise conditions
  • near vision capability
  • ability to move quickly and agilely in emergencies
  • ability to work long hours
  • good communication skills and proficiency in English

Job Qualifications
