Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of prior cooking experience in a hotel kitchen or related field preferred
- culinary training in a college setting preferred
- ability to use various pieces of kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
- ability to perform medium work including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
- ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach
- ability to work under variable temperature and noise conditions
- near vision capability
- ability to move quickly and agilely in emergencies
- ability to work long hours
- good communication skills and proficiency in English
