Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-casual or high-volume kitchen
- Minimum 2 years of experience in knife skills and prep
- Experience in grilling, slicing beef and poultry, meat grinding, and frying
- Comfortable using digital tools and completing AM/MID/PM checklists
- Ability to follow instructions and company standards
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong performance under pressure on the line
- Professional and respectful attitude
- Strong sense of urgency and efficiency
- Reliable personal phone for scheduling and communication
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute all menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Perform daily prep of proteins, marinades, sides, and ingredients with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure proper food weights, measurements, and portion control
- Maintain ingredient levels and communicate restocking needs
- Follow standardized recipes without deviation
- Plate and present food with care and attention to quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with inventory control and supply organization
- Maintain full compliance with health and safety regulations
