- Prior experience in pizza preparation or similar food service role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare pizzas according to menu and custom orders
- Monitor pizza oven temperature and cooking times
- Stage workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes following recipes
- Perform portion control and minimize waste
- Ensure timely preparation and restock ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Comply with sanitary, health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients
- Perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Read and follow cooking directions
- Complete opening and closing tasks
- Assist with functions and events
