Job Requirements

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
  • ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
  • reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • food handler's certification or ability to obtain

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
  • ensure food is cooked, seasoned, and plated to Courthouse standards
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
  • follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • assist with prep work, stock rotation, and kitchen organization
  • communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • support other kitchen duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Head Chef
