- ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment

- reliable, punctual, and a team player
- food handler's certification or ability to obtain

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
- ensure food is cooked, seasoned, and plated to Courthouse standards
- maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- assist with prep work, stock rotation, and kitchen organization
- communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- support other kitchen duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Head Chef
