Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- capable of standing for extended periods and lifting kitchen equipment
- comply with food safety standards
- willingness to learn and adapt
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook, cook, or prep cook in upscale dining or restaurant preferred
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- dependable and punctual
- passionate about food
- ability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and execute upscale menu items with consistency and precision
- collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff in a fast-paced upscale dining environment
- maintain high standards of plating, presentation, and timing
- ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization at your station
- take on additional duties as required or assigned by management
- work outside of regular business hours including weekends, early mornings, and holidays to accommodate business needs
