Job Duties

  • Prepare, season, and cook a variety of food items according to recipes and instructions from culinary supervisors and chefs
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service line and kitchen equipment following 'clean as you go' policies
  • Conduct sensory evaluations to ensure quality and consistency of all dishes before service
  • Store and handle food items properly to minimize waste and control food costs
  • Monitor and maintain food temperatures in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist in the setup and efficient operation of the workstation before and during meal service
  • Foster positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with all team members
