Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs following safety procedures
- Capability to work in various physical positions for extended periods including stooping, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling, and squatting
- Ability to work extended and flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Work with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to deliver vibrant menus
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed and the kitchen meets health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Utilize basic cooking techniques such as braising, sauteing, roasting, grilling, and portion control
- Demonstrate basic knife handling skills and correct knife usage
- Participate in catering food and beverage functions
- Actively engage in kitchen prep and daily set up
- Maintain high energy and passion throughout service hours
- Manage inventory and production efficiently
- Understand inventory and product controls within culinary guidelines
- Work effectively in all service types including a la carte and buffet
- Maintain a spotless kitchen and adhere to personal hygiene and food handling standards
