- follow production prep list and maintain accurate records
- safely use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment
- wash, slice, and peel items on prep list
- store prepared food items safely and ensure proper date labeling
- adhere to all brand standards including food safety and sanitation policies
- regularly restock kitchen supplies and report equipment maintenance needs
