Job Duties

  • Prepare food following recipes and product directions
  • Follow production prep list and keep accurate records
  • Use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Wash, slice, and peel items on prep list
  • Store prepared food items safely and label with dates
  • Follow all brand standards related to food safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
