Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume kitchen
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques including knifework, plating, and portioning
  • Effective communication skills with management, guests, and peers
  • Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Positive and motivated attitude
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute dishes with precision and consistency
