Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry
- at least 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
- able to communicate clearly with teammates and management
- able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work in standing position up to 10 hours
- at least 16 years of age
- authorized to work in the US

Job Duties
- ensure quality, food safety, sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served
- be well-acquainted with menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety information
- prepare a variety of food items using knives, mixers, blenders, food processors, scales, and portion bags
- prepare foods for service using ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers
- maintain a clean and sanitary work station and working area
- handle all products properly in accordance with health department standards and company guidelines
