Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to work in standing position for up to 10 hours
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the US

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and management
  • Fun, energetic, eager and committed team member
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • At least 16 years of age

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of food items using knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, scales, and portion bags
  • Prepare foods for service using ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and working area
  • Ensure quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served
  • Be well-acquainted with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/basic safety information
  • Handle all products properly in accordance with Health Department standards and Over Easy guidelines
