Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry
- Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work in standing position for up to 10 hours
- At least 16 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US

- At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry
- Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and management

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food items using knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, scales, and portion bags
- Prepare foods for service using ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and working area
- Ensure quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served
- Be well-acquainted with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/basic safety information
- Handle all products properly in accordance with Health Department standards and Over Easy guidelines
