  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Master the fry station ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
  • Operate the grill station cooking proteins to the correct temperature and ensuring each taco ingredient is grilled to perfection
  • Manage the sauté station handling various ingredients to create dishes that are flavorful and perfectly cooked
  • Operate steam equipment to prepare dishes requiring steaming, maintaining the right texture and flavor
  • Assemble and build each taco to order ensuring high standards and guest expectations are met
  • Prepare and cook a variety of ingredients on grill, fryer, sauté and steam stations according to recipes and standards
  • Monitor quality and presentation of each dish ensuring every taco meets the Damn Good standards before reaching the guest
