Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience
- ability to cook proteins to specified temperatures
- ability to direct banquet up to 100 guests with assistance
- possession of State Food Handler’s License(s)
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- knowledge of mother and minor sauces
- knowledge of proper butchering techniques
- familiarity with specialized kitchen equipment including slicer, Robo-coup, Hobart, and convection ovens
- skilled with knives
- ability to adjust food preparations for flavor and timely customer accommodation
