Job Duties

  • Handle and prepare food at various stations within a scratch kitchen
  • conduct final food preparation including plating and garnishing
  • work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure quality and timely delivery of food
  • learn and apply new kitchen techniques under mentorship
