Job Duties
- Handle and prepare food at various stations within a scratch kitchen
- conduct final food preparation including plating and garnishing
- work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure quality and timely delivery of food
- learn and apply new kitchen techniques under mentorship
