Job Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule
  • Strong physical stamina for kitchen work
  • Willingness to follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Handle and prepare food at various stations within a scratch kitchen
  • Conduct final food preparation including plating and garnishing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality food service
  • Adapt to fast-paced work environment and manage tasks efficiently
  • Receive mentorship from Executive Chefs and apply new kitchen techniques
