Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
- Ability to work full-time or part-time with a flexible schedule
- Strong physical stamina for kitchen work
- Willingness to follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Handle and prepare food at various stations within a scratch kitchen
- Conduct final food preparation including plating and garnishing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality food service
- Adapt to fast-paced work environment and manage tasks efficiently
- Receive mentorship from Executive Chefs and apply new kitchen techniques
